You will start the wildlife adventure with rhino tracking where you will have a walking safari in Ziwa rhino sanctuary as you look for the southern white rhinos. You have a chance to see more wild games like waterbucks and even various bird species. You will look for big cats like leopards and lions and other big mammals like giraffes, elephants, and buffaloes among others.

Day 1; Transfer from Entebbe to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

On this first day of this 8 days best of Kidepo Valley and Murchison Falls with a rafting adventure, you will meet your guide for the safari on your arrival at Entebbe airport or at your hotel in Kampala and drive towards the northern part of Uganda to Gulu town. On your way to Gulu enjoy an enroute white rhino trekking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and later on have an enroute lunch. After lunch embark on your journey to Gulu, upon arrival, you will check in for dinner overnight.

Day 2: Morning transfer from Gulu to Kidepo Valley National Park and evening game drive

On your second day, you will enjoy your breakfast and then check out from the hotel and depart for Kidepo Valley National. The Park is situated in the extreme northern part of Uganda bordering South Sudan in the north and Kenya in the east. On arrival, check in at your lodge, relax, and have lunch.

Get ready for an evening game drive where you can look out for lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras among other mammal species. Kidepo Valley is the best savanna national park in Uganda, you will encounter a lot of wildlife species because of its stunning view and habitation. Return for dinner at the lodge and overnight.

Day 3: Morning game drive and community encounter

As you enjoy your adventure in the true African wilderness, have your breakfast and then  meet your driver for yet a fascinating game drive safari within the savanna plains of Kidepo Valley National Park. Enjoy your game drive in the wilderness of Narus Valley to view the mammals as they sate their thirst, enjoy a view of the water birds and later on return to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, relax and later embark on an evening community tour where you will spend time with the local Karamojong learning their cultural practices including milking, enjoying breath taking cultural presentations to make your evening a memorable one. You will then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Sipi Falls in Kapchorwa via Pian Upe reserve

Enjoy your early breakfast and check out of your lodge and meet your driver to exit Kidepo Valley National Park. Start your journey to Sipi falls in Kapchorwa by driving through the plains of Pian Upe wildlife reserve where you will spot Zebras, Cheetahs, Cape Buffaloes, Jackals, Antelopes, and many more within this fresh and less visited wildlife reserve in Uganda. Have an enroute lunch on your way and after proceed to Sipi Falls check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Hiking and adventuring the Sipi Falls

After your breakfast, you will set off for a tremendous and fascinating Sipi Falls hike adventure through the local communities and coffee plantations to the waterfalls. After the adventure, transfer back to the Hotel for lunch and relaxation. Later in the evening, you will transfer to the highest falls for Abseiling activity drive to Mbale town for adventure, and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Transfer to Jinja and visit the Source of the Nile

After Breakfast, check out of your lodge and transfer which is about 4 hours’ drive from Sipi. On arrival in Jinja, check in to your lodge for lunch. You will then proceed to the source of the Nile. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile as you visit the real source of the Nile. After spending more time at the source, you relax and unwind from the day’s fatigue as you enjoy the beauty of the longest river in the world. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: White Water Rafting and flat-water tubing

On this second last day of your trip, you will have breakfast and depart for a half day on a white water rafting. This adventurous activity takes place at Itanda waterfalls, the most captivating activity carried out in Jinja the adventure city along the Nile River. You will then return to your lodge for lunch.

After lunch, you will return for flat water tubing on the River Nile. Tubing involves making your way through a naturally flowing lazy river on a tube while enjoying beverages of your choice and the beautiful atmosphere of River Nile. Later transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Transfer to Entebbe for departure
