Day 1: Welcome to Arusha, Tanzania
Welcome to Tanzania! After we greet you and provide you with the trip briefing, we’ll take you out to help you discover why so many people think Tanzania is the best place in Africa to go on safari. You’ll spend some time in Arusha, where there’s always something happening. The endlessly busy streets are a fascinating performance in their own right, but the city also has clamorous markets, excellent museums, and a fun food scene. Best of all, it’s a window into local life that you just can’t get out in the safari parks.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
Our driver-guide will pick you up from your lodge early this morning. Transfer by Road to Lake Manyara National Park where you will embark on a private game drive upon arrival. Around Lunchtime you’ll join us for a picnic in Lake Manyara National Park, where you get to eat great food while surrounded by nature.
Afterward, a guided game drive around the forests and along the lakeshore of Lake Manyara National Park, and look for elephants and tree-climbing lions, all in the company of an expert guide. Your day will wind down as you drive to Karatu town for an overnight stay, ready for the adventure the next day. Enjoy quiet, little Karatu. Its busy main street is a window into urban life in a small provincial town, but it’s much quieter just a few blocks away from the main road. Shop, go to the bank, or simply walk the streets – all are possible here.

Day 3-4: Central Serengeti – Seronera
On Day 3 of your 7 Day Tanzania Luxury Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, enjoy early morning transfer Game Drive via Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti (Central) National Park. Around lunchtime, you’ll join us for a picnic in the Park then continue with the afternoon game drive. If you’re lucky, your expert guide will show you big cats, elephants, and lots of other animals, birds and various plant species native to Africa.
In the evening, relax and generally take it easy to allow yourself to both process and recover from all of the excitement that you’ve enjoyed on your safari so far as you spend the night at the camp.
Day 4 All Day
You’ll be heading down more safari trails in search of animals in the wider Seronera plains of the Serengeti National Park when we take you on a guided game drive. This is the best thing about many safaris, and you’ll hopefully see many more animals. Lunch will be served at the base camp.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Transfer Game Drive, Central Serengeti via Ngorongoro Highlands to Karatu Tented Lodge. This is yet another opportunity to see more of the animals as you drive out of the Serengeti. Enjoy the scenic endless plains of this park with beautiful natural formations that will forever be in your memory as part of this epic safari. You will pass via the Ngorongoro crater rim for some breathtaking views of the crater from its famous viewpoint. A packed lunch will be served along the way.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater has everything you could wish for in a safari – plentiful wildlife, rare natural beauty, and the chance to enjoy it all in just one day. On this morning’s guided game drive, we’ll take you down into Ngorongoro Crater; the drive down is one of the most thrilling possible approaches for a day of wildlife viewing. You’ll be down in the crater for most of the day game viewing, lunch will be served at a picnic site on the crater floor. In the early evening, you’ll be transferred by road to Arusha. You’re going to be staying at Tumbili Lodge. It’s an excellent base for relaxation and getting ready for your departure.

Day 7: Arusha to Kilimanjaro Int’l Airport

After breakfast, we’ll take you to the airport.
